Saddle Seat, Western and Hunt Seat Pleasure Equitation Medal Classes

These are the changes that were made for pointing these classes.

 

"Once you have won a medal class you are no longer eligible to compete in that seat for the year"

That means you can enter the medal class as many times as you would like to try to win the class to receive a medal. If you have enterered the class and have accumulated 8 points you can still enter the class as many times as you would like until you win the class.

 

"In the Saddle Seat, Western and Hunt Seat Pleasure Equitation Medal Classes"

These classes will be allowed to be held with fewer than three entrants. 1/2 points will be awarded. No medals will be awarded.

Correction to page 30 of the 2016-2017 Rulebook
NEHC Saddle Seat Medal Class the correction is in the Test B box. It should be Show Trot not Sitting Trot.

Correction to page 27 #4 After Saddle Seat Walk-Trot Equitation, 11 & Under Finals -should read below

To be eligible must be a member prior to qualification at an NEHC affiliated horse show.  Memberships can be done at the show secretarys office.  The 14 day rule for qualification does not apply.
